Half your sign dark? A letter flickering? A whole pylon out after a storm? Our service crews diagnose and repair LED, neon, and channel letter signs across the Front Range — usually within the same week.
Most sign repair calls fall into four buckets. (1) Burned-out LED modules — letters or sections going dark as individual modules fail; we replace with color-matched units that won't visibly differ from the rest of the sign. (2) Power supply failures — the whole sign or large sections going dark suddenly, usually because a 12V or 24V power supply has failed; we keep common Sloan and GE supplies on the truck. (3) Neon tube and transformer failures — older neon signs that flicker, hum loudly, or have dim sections; we bend replacement tubing and replace failed transformers. (4) Storm and impact damage — wind-blown debris, hail, vehicle strikes, and vandalism; we document everything for your insurance carrier and rebuild damaged sections.
Roughly two-thirds of our service calls are for signs originally built by other vendors. Sign failures are rarely brand-specific — LED modules, power supplies, neon transformers, and wiring are largely interchangeable across manufacturers. If your original sign company has gone out of business or doesn't service the Denver area anymore, we can take over maintenance without rebuilding the sign. We'll diagnose what's wrong, source compatible parts, and document the sign for future service.
Colorado's storm season — hail, microbursts, and high-wind events — takes its toll on signage every year. If your sign has been damaged, we provide insurance-ready estimates that itemize parts, labor, and lift / crane time so your adjuster has everything needed for the claim. We've worked with most major commercial carriers and can communicate directly with adjusters on your behalf to speed the approval and get your sign back up.
For property managers and franchises with multiple sites, we offer scheduled maintenance routes — quarterly or semi-annual visits where we inspect every sign, clean lenses, tighten mounting hardware, replace failing modules before they go fully dark, and re-seal weather penetrations. This catches small issues before they become dark-sign emergencies and keeps every site looking sharp.

Most Denver-metro diagnostic visits happen within 3–5 business days. Storm-damage and full-failure calls (whole sign dark) we prioritize and often see same-week.
Almost never. The majority of repairs — module swaps, power supply replacement, wiring fixes — happen on a lift at the install location with the sign in place. Only major structural damage requires removal.
Yes. We do neon tube bending and transformer replacement and can keep an original neon sign running. If you want to convert a neon sign to LED to lower operating costs and reduce future repair frequency, we do that too.
Most diagnostic visits are a flat $250–$400 depending on the lift required. The repair itself ranges from $200 (a few module swaps) to $2,000+ (full power supply replacement on a large pylon). We quote before doing the work.
